Why Are These Items on Clearance?

Here at MatterHackers, we're always striving to bring you the latest and greatest products in the market. That means that occasionally, we need to make room for new inventory to provide you with more exciting options to choose from. So, how do we do it? We move some of our quality items into our Clearance section!

Top Reasons an Item Might Be on Clearance:

New Versions of Products are Available: Sometimes, manufacturers release new versions of printers, CNC machines, filament, and more. When this happens, the older versions often move to our Clearance section—even though they're still great products!

Overstock: We sometimes have more of an item than we can sell before new inventory arrives. These items are moved to clearance to make space in our warehouse.

Discontinuation: Occasionally, a product line will be discontinued by the manufacturer. These items are often moved to Clearance to sell the remaining stock quickly.

Packaging Changes: Manufacturers frequently update packaging for marketing reasons. When this happens, we'll move the older packaged items to our Clearance section to make room for the new look.

What Clearance Does NOT Mean:

Poor Quality: All our Clearance items have passed rigorous quality control tests and meet our high standards. Clearance items are often unopened, brand-new products. 

Limited Support: You'll still get our top-notch customer service even for Clearance items. It's worth noting, however, that Pall Clearance Item purchases are Final Sale and are not covered by the MatterHackers Return Policy.
