Ensure there's proper ventilation if laser cutting and/or engraving PU leatherette, as this material releases harmful & toxic gases during the lasering process. The Bambu Smoke Purifier is a helpful accessory to use in tandem with your Bambu Lab H2D. If using blade cutting processing, air ventilation is not necessary.
HOW DO I USE IRON-ON PATCH?
STEP 1 -
REMOVE THE ADHESIVE BACKING
Remove the adhesive backing located on the back of the iron-on patch.
STEP 2 -
PLACE LASER SLATS & CUT
Place the Laser Platform with the iron-patch on it into your Bambu Lab H2D. Cut the material using the Laser Processing mode.
STEP 3 -
PLACE ON FABRIC
Place the iron-on patch on fabric.
STEP 4 -
PLACE PROTECTION SHEET
Place a heat transfer protection sheet on the iron-on patch.
STEP 5 -
IRON ON
Use your preferred heating device to transfer the vinyl onto the intended fabric surface.

STEP 6 -
COMPLETE

TIPS FOR PROCESSING PU IRON-ON PATCH
- Ensure a person is always present, closely monitoring the machine while it is processing.
- For optimal air quality during laser processing, ensure there's proper ventilation in the processing environment.
- Consider using a high-efficiency air purification system like the Bambu Smoke Purifier.
- To enhance your engraving experience, a Laser Grid Panel is recommended as the work surface.
- If unavailable, you can densely arrange Laser Slats Pack and place the PU iron-on patch on top of them.
- Wait at least 24 hours before washing. Then turn the item inside out and use a gentle cycle.
