HOW DO I USE REMOVABLE VINYL?
STEP 1 -
PLACE THE VINYL
Place the vinyl, textured side facing down, onto the cutting mat.
STEP 2 -
ROLL OUT AIR BUBBLES
Remove, air bubbles, if any, in the textured sheet.
- A roller tool or squeegee tool is helpful for this step.
STEP 3 -
CUT THE MATERIAL
Place the cutting mat with the facedown vinyl into your Bambu Lab H2D and cut it with the Blade Cutting Processing.
- If applicable, make sure the design you intend to cut is mirrored before beginning the process.
STEP 4 -
COMPLETE
If the design is connected, apply it onto the intended surface and that's it! Enjoy or sell your self-made creation.
- If the design is not connected, follow the steps for using transfer tape.

TIPS FOR PROCESSING REMOVABLE VINYL SHEET
- Transfer tape is required when transferring designs that are not connected but need to be applied as a whole.
- Mirror the image and place the cutting side of the material facing the blade.
- Refer to wiki for the complete mirror setting guide.
- Roller brushes and weeding tools are recommended when processing.
- Removable vinyl is not recommended for laser cutting and engraving.
