BIQU CryoGrip Pro Build Plate

Next Level Print Quality

Upgrade your Bambu Lab 3D Printers with the BIQU CryoGrip Pro Build Plate. Featuring a double-sided, 7-layer composite build, this build plate delivers exceptional adhesion for a wide range of filaments. The CryoGrip Pro surface allows for low-energy, cooler printing, minimizing warping in large prints and maintains effortless print removal with a simple bend. For larger or more intricate prints, use a scraper to gently lift edges or place in the freezer for 10 minutes to assist with removal.  Available in both textured Frostbite and smooth Glacier textures, it is the ideal solution for reliable, hassle-free printing in multiple sizes.

Key Features of BIQU CryoGrip Pro Build Plate:

  • Exceptional adhesion and easy removal
  • Double-sided and long-lasting durability
  • Perfect for low and high temperature printing
  • Compatible with various filaments and multiple sizes
  • Offered in textured Frostbite and smooth Glacier
  • Comes in 256 x 256 mm for A1/P/X Series & 350 x 325 mm for H Series

7-Layer Build Plate Design

This advanced build plate is engineered with a 7-layer structure, including a hardened spring-steel base, dual base coats, dual intermediate coatings, and dual top coats, to deliver exceptional print stability and long-term durability. Each layer plays a specific role in preventing warping, strengthening adhesion, and protecting the surface from damage, ensuring consistently reliable results.

  • Base Plate (1): 580HV Hardness, spring steel with strong magnetic holding for better adhesion
  • Base Coat (2, 5): Ultra-strong bonding agent secure the top and base for reliable bending
  • Intermediate Coating (3, 6): Impact and corrosion resistant for long-term protection
  • Top Coat (4, 7): Porous polymer coating for strong, heat-free adhesion with self-cleaning properties to minimize detachment

Superior Adhesion, Minimal Heat

CryoGrip Pro Glacier provides superior adhesion for PLA & PETG at lower temperatures and engineering filaments at high temperatures. It provides excellent heat resistance and long-lasting durability for various filaments.

  • Compatible with PLA & PETG at lower temperatures & engineering filaments at high temperatures
  • Heat resistance and long-lasting durability

Unmatched Adhesion, Zero Heat

CryoGrip Pro Frostbite delivers unparalleled adhesion for PLA and PETG at room temperature, remaining scratch and wear-resistant and reducing warping on large prints.

  • Compatible ONLY with PLA & PETG at room temperature
  • Scratch and wear-resistant over long periods
  • Reduce warping of larger prints

Scratch Resistant & Self-Recovering

A simple wipe restores adhesion. CryoGrip Pro Frostbite can be cleaned with water and soap ONLY, while CryoGrip Pro Glacier utilizes water and soap OR alcohol if needed.

  • Self-Cleaning Property
  • Use water and soap ONLY on Frostbite
  • Use water and soap OR alcohol on Glacier

Instant Removal

The CryoGrip Pro Glacier honeycomb handle design isolates heat from the print area. At 100°C heatbed temperature, the handle remains low enough to touch immediately after printing without cooldown.

  • Zero wait after printing
  • Always cooled honeycomb handle

Cool and Clog Free

CryoGrip Pro Frostbite is designed to print at low temperatures. It prevents filament from softening and slipping in the extruder from high chamber temperatures.

  • Lower temperature printing prevents clogging
  • Saves 50W/h for eco-friendly printing

Uniform Finish & Custom AR Code

A fine surface texture is achieved with the CryoGrip Pro Glacier. Pair it with the included AR code sticker to instantly identify the plate for your most-used materials.

  • Fine surface texture
  • Custom AR code for instant recognition

Rough Finish & Automatic Detection

CryoGrip Pro Frostbite produces a rough texture that provides stronger adhesion for PLA & PETG. The plate is marked with an AR code for instant recognition by the X1C. For other printers, ensure "Build Plate Detection" feature turned off for correct functionality.

  • Coarse surface for maximum adhesion
  • AR Code included for X1C recognition
