The Combined Filter for BOFA AD 350 Fume Extraction System contains both a HEPA filter stage as well as an advanced carbon filter stage. The webbed mini-pleat surface of the HEPA filter grabs any small particles, smoke, or fine dust that may have escaped the DeepPleat Pre-Filter so that the advanced carbon filter can efficiently absorb and eliminate any fumes or contaminants that remain before fresh, clean air is vented out. The HEPA filter boasts an efficiency of 99.997% at 0.3 microns, while the carbon filter includes several pounds of activated carbon. Both are combined into a single unit, which is recommended to be replaced every 12 to 18 months.

The BOFA AD 350 Fume Extraction System utilizes a three-stage filtration process. First, the impressive surface area coverage of the DeepPleat pre-filter captures any large particles before the webbed mini-pleat HEPA filter grabs any small particles that may have escaped the pre-filter. Finally, the optimized advanced carbon filter absorbs and eliminates any hazardous fumes that remain before venting out nice, clean air. The reverse airflow technology feature of the BOFA AD 350 unit causes a fall in air velocity causing larger particles to fall out of the air stream and into the filter’s dropout chamber. With less particulate matter entering the filter media, the filter life is significantly increased, enhancing filter capture performance and ensuring a longer life. Regardless, BOFA has made it simple for users, and each filter stage features a condition indicator, so that you know when it is time to replace the filter.

First question: Do you ship to Germany? Second: Does the order of the placement of the blower matters (before or after the filter)? Can this be vented indoors and be safe to breathe? Also, since the pre-filter is needed, do you sell these as a bundle?
I purchased a BOFA from a workshop that was closing their business. I bought a deep pleated filter from you all and installed. While the red light went off, the BOFA is not pulling the smoke from machine. Do you think it’s because I need to also buy this filter too? Will a new filter possibly help with extraction pull?

I would like to use this filter with your pre filter as part of a laser enclosure cabinet I am making. My intention would be to mount the filters on the top of the cabinet directly above the laser cutter and draw air through it using this: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0099CBOB4/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc;=1 The enclosure is approximately 5' x 7' x 2' with a cutout for cables that is about 8" x 5'. My question is, do you see anything wrong with this design. Will the fan I've specified pull sufficient air through the cutout and cabinet to evacuate all fumes? Thank you.
