E3D E3D Lite6 HotEnd Kit - 1.75mm (Bowden) (12v)

We all want better prints, plain and simple. Not all of us, however, have the need to print with materials that require blistering temperatures. Enter: the E3D Lite6 HotEnd. The Lite6 is designed to perfect printing with PLA, ABS, and - thanks to the full-length PTFE liner - flexible materials like Ninjaflex.

The E3D Lite6 HotEnd is respectable and dependable when compared to its counterpart - the v6. The Lite6 was devised to make printing PLA and ABS easier, smoother, and really, just an all-around better 3D printing experience for the user. Without wounding the old bank account, you can achieve prints that will make seasoned 3D printing vets proud - maybe even jealous!

3D printing is a journey - there is always something new to learn with each print. That's why the Lite6 is the ideal middle-ground in your 3D printing progression. This hotend will help you fine-tune your prints before you are ready to dive into high-temp prints with a more mature hotend, like the E3D v6 All-metal.

There is plenty of room for experimenting - all of the 1.75mm E3D v6 Extra Nozzles are compatible with the Lite6. When you are printing with ABS, PLA, and flexible materials, you can toy with various nozzle resolutions to create a finer print.

The Lite6 is essentially made of the same parts that compose the v6, so consistency and credibility are found without question. Any mount or adapter your printer requires for the upgrade that is compatible with the v6 will work for the Lite6, as they share the same external measurements.

I have an Anycubic Linear Kossel and I print either PLA or PETG exclusively with this printer. Because it’s a delta it has a ginormous Bowden tube and I use Capricorn XL on it. The hot end never goes above 230 but my heater has gone intermittent on me with thermal runaway warnings and the hot tend is running as if it’s blocked even though I replaced the nozzle (I suspect the heat brake) I’m thinking of using the E3D Lite6 in this printer. From the graphic the Bowden runs all the way down to the nozzle which has been a really successful arrangement on my Ender 3. I’m running Marlin 1.1.8 and the thermistor is the cartridge type. Is the Lite 6 compatible with this type of thermistor or will I have to modify and reload Marlin? Which Lite6 do I buy?

Should I use the 12v or the 24v system for my cr-10mini? And how often does the e3d v6 lite's Bowden tube slip out, causing under extrusion? Thanks and I love your nozzles!!! 😍

would you happen to have the old version that came with a regular thermistor instead of the cartridge version?.

I recently bought and installed this on my Anet A8, after having a bad experience with a V6 clone. The fan on this is painfully loud, where the clone's fan wasn't even audible, but seemed to keep is cool enough. Is the fan normally so loud, or is it possible that I got a bad fan?
