Features of the E3D Revo Hemera

  • Designed for use with Revo Nozzles
  • Works with a Revo HeaterCore for faster heat-ups
  • Compact, powerful extrusion system
  • Titanium-like performance
  • Dual Drive gears & Hardened steel for exceptional pushing force
  • Top choice for challenging 3D printing filaments like flexibles

Titanium-like performance. The special manufacturing process gives this aluminum HotEnd the strength and low thermal conductivity of titanium, without actually being titanium.

Ready for Revo. Change nozzles at room temperature using just your fingers. No complex tools, no hot tightening. Revo Nozzles are a factory sealed nozzle and heatbreak in one, so they’re easy to fit and can’t leak material when in use.

New HeaterCore. A Revo HeaterCore heats up in seconds. Unlike other solutions on the market, a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) means the Revo HeaterCore can not melt at extreme temperatures: power reduces as it gets hotter, so hazards are reduced in the event of a thermal runaway.

Optimized airflow. The unique design on Hemera is highly effective in circulating cool air which prevents any unintentional warps of the 3D print.

Flexible to any setup. Revo Micro plays nice with Bowden and direct drive setups, but its lightweight construction makes it an ideal choice for Bowden setups.

Why Are Items on Clearance?

At MatterHackers, to bring you new and exciting products, we occasionally shift some of our quality stock to the Clearance section.

Reasons for Clearance Items:
  • New Product Versions: When manufacturers release updated versions of printers, CNC machines, filament, etc., the older versions typically go to Clearance.
  • Overstock: Items we have in excess are moved to Clearance to free up warehouse space.
  • Discontinuation: Discontinued product lines often end up in Clearance to expedite the sale of remaining stock.
  • Packaging Changes: When packaging updates occur, we shift the older packaged items to Clearance.
Clearance Does NOT Imply:
  • Poor Quality: Clearance items meet our rigorous quality standards and often brand new, unopened products.
