These premium quality E3D replacement nozzles allow you to truly customize each and every print. These nozzles have been created using community feedback and notes so they are fully optimized. This v6 nozzle has been fully redesigned. These nozzles have reduced back-pressure which allows exceptionally smooth and easy flow of filament while improving retractions.

The smaller nozzles have a small nozzle tip which offers increadible precision. The larger nozzles afford you the ability to print with larger layers.

You can easily identify all the nozzles in the series by looking at the markings on the flats of the hex head. See below to help you identify what each set of markings means in relevance to size.

Marks on Nozzle = Size

  • 0 = 0.15mm (Store separately from 0.25 to avoid confusion)
  • 0 = 0.25mm
  • 1 = 0.30mm
  • 2 = 0.35mm
  • 3 = 0.40mm
  • 6 = 0.50mm
  • 4 = 0.60mm
  • 5 = 0.80mm

Compatibility:

  • v6 Nozzles feature backwards compatibility, so they can be used to upgrade your v5 HotEnd.
  • If you are using a v6 HeatBreak it is recommended that you use a v6 Nozzle.
  • This nozzle is compatible with the E3D Lite6 HotEnd.

These nozzles have M6x1 thread, which makes them compatible with many printers. Some common printers with this thread size:

1.75 mm Nozzles
  • Robo3D R1+
  • SeeMeCNC Rostock MAX V3
  • OpenBeam Kossel Pro
  • Prusa i3 MK2
  • MAKEiT Pro
  • Makerbot Replicator
3 mm Nozzles
  • Ultimaker 2+ and older Ultimakers with the Olsson block upgrade.
  • Lulzbot TAZ 5 and 6
  • Lulzbot Mini

If you are unsure about your printer, ask the manufacturer about their nozzle thread size.

I bought the E3d Revo6 kit from Matterhackers, ORDER #: 101-0000215-8117002 and I have a problem using the.6 and .8 nozzles on my Prusa Mk3S+ printer. I left many messages for some help from tech support to solve the issue that I'm having and so far no one has gotten back to me. It would be real nice if someone would respond to help me solve this problem. You can reach me at jmreport@aol.com or by phone. Thank you
