The Lulzbot TAZ Pro is a 3D printer with a layer resolution of 0.05 mm to 0.5 mm and a nozzle diameter of 0.5 mm. We purchased this product to replace a TAZ6 toolhead and downloaded the firmware for this toolhead but the printer isn't working correctly. It seems to be more than just a Z-offset issue. Can you provide some helpful hints?
This seems to be a new design head. The feed in point of material has two bolts. Do these need to be tightened? Also where is tension adjustment and how to do it?
I've looked over the build instructions from the ohai.lulzbot.com and is it just me or is the only difference between this 0.25 and the standard 0.5 toolhead the nozzle size?
