Questions View All Responses

Hi, does the parts that can be sintered have a dimensions range or it can be any shape/size?

View 1 Response

Hello, I see here that you advise to account for a 20% shrinkage for sintering the 17-4 stainless steel filament. I saw in other sections of your site that you advise for 10% shrinkage. What percentage should I increase the size of my models by? The parts I am sintering will be fitted closely with other components and it is important that they are printed at the proper size to account for shrinkage.

Where is my processing ticket?

I plan to make multiple small parts, but will not have them all done at the same time. Does the $50 ticket allow multiple shipments, that total 1Kg or does each shipment have to a have a unique code costing $59.

Hello, I used Difamix on the glass surface and allowed the print to completely cool to room temp. I cannot remove the part from the glass surface. Is there a best practice to remove the printed part from the glass surface? Thank you!
