HOW DOES IT WORK?
With Mayku Multiplier's user-friendly workflow, operation is simple for all skill levels right out of the box.
STEP 1 - CREATE TEMPLATE
Use a 3D printer, CNC milling machine, or another process to create a template to form over.
STEP 2 - SELECT MATERIAL
Choose a material profile from the machine's menu or use custom mode to create your own custom profile.
STEP 3 - INSERT TEMPLATE
Wait while the Multiplier heats your material precisely. The auto-leveling system will keep it level while bringing it to the forming temperature.
STEP 4 - FORM PART
Close the machine, and the Multiplier applies up to 4 atmospheres of pressure, exerting up to 5 tonnes of force on your material, pushing it into every detail of your template.

What settings do you recommend for the cooling fan?
How rigid is this material compared to bridge, or 645?
What is the shore hardness of this nylon?
Image shows a spool of 2.85mm filament, but text advertises 1.75 diameter... before I order, can you clarify which size will be delivered?
How resistant is nylon 230 to acetone? Can it withstand warm acetone vapors (30-50c) without dissolving into mush?
I was wondering how easily support material comes off and if this strings. Thanks! :)
Is this still nylon 6 or 6/6
I have been trying to print with this filament for 2 days now. I am having a serious problem with curling 1 hour into the print. Blue Tape was a disaster, it just peeled right up with cold hotbed and with hotbed at 40°C. I have reviewed all of your topics regarding bed adhesion and also specifically the one on Printing with nylon. I am running a build right now with the hotbed at 75°C and the ramp is just starting to lift 1hr 7min into build. I used plenty of glue on this one. Any additional ideas on how to keep the ramp from curling would be much appreciated. BUILD SUMMARY: I have a model that is 135 X 70 X 9.5 mm. It is curling up on the 70mm borders about 1 hour into a 3 hour build. I am using a 10mm ramp (built at 20 mm/s) and am printing in the following scenario: 1) Metal Hotbed at 75°C lined with Elmers Glue Stick for the entire ramp. 2) 230°C Extruder Temperature 3) Speed: 50 mm/s 4) 0.2 mm with 0.4 mm extruder nozzle 5) No fans on the filament
Can this nylon still be dyed after printing with no problems?
is this material hydroscopic?
Is this filament toxic
Can this filament withstand an autoclave?
nylon 230...what is its working temp range? will it withstand immersion in boiling water for 10 minutes?

Which Nylon filament best suits printing with small layer heights?
can nylon 230 be used for high rpm gears. ie. RC differential gears. needs to be able to withstand alittle heat with minimal lubrication.
Yes!
