CHOOSING THE RIGHT RESIN

With resin-based SLA 3D printing you can create objects with smoother surfaces, finer details and more intricate structures than FDM 3D printing. In the same way choosing the right filament is essential for successful FDM 3D printing, choosing the right resin is a key step in the resin printing process. There are many different styles available, and this particular product from Photocentric 3D produces flexible parts! Perfect for components that need to remember their shape but also bend under pressure. Parts printed with this resin feature elongation and bending under pressure, but will return to their original shape when the pressure is released. Would this product be able to hold pneumatic or hydraulic pressures of 350-500 KPA given enough wall thickness? (Ref tensile strength of 4.9MPa IAW MTDS) I would be using it to manufacture miniature pneumatic/hydraulic soft origami muscles.

Do you have any suggested setting for using the black resin on an Elegoo Mars, i have tried using the setting you have on your fact sheet (that doesn't mention an Elegoo) but not been able to get anything to print. It just keeps failing, any suggestions. I can get the same print with supports to print in any other resin but not this one. :-(

How durable are the prints made from this resin? The sample image is a tire. Could I really print a tire used in my rc car? How would it hold up?

Any suggested print settings for a Monoprice MP Mini? I have tried to print a part at least a half a dozen times with various settings and can't manage to get it to stick to the buildplate.

Do you know if this material works with the Moonray S printers?

Do you have a guide on how to post process this material. The manufacturer website is absolutely confusing. I am using the resin cleaner and a homemade curing box with UV LED strips.

Is there the equivalent of a Shore hardness rating for this product? I'm interested in printing camera and related mounts for quadcopters, and with traditional TPU filaments if the Shore rating is too low (too flexible) that can make some applications unusable, etc.
