TIPS & TRICKS

  • Using an abrasive-resistant nozzle (hardened steel, ruby-tip, diamond-tip, tungsten carbide, etc.) is highly recommended.
    • Tungsten powder is a highly abrasive material and will quickly wear out a brass nozzle.
  • For best adhesion, print on a powder-coated Satin or TXT sheet.
  • Clean the print surface with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) on a paper towel while the bed is cold.
  • Avoid printing on a smooth PEI sheet, as strong adhesion may cause damage.
    • If using a smooth surface, apply a thin layer of glue stick for easier print removal.
