I ordered one of these about a month ago and have got a sheared heat break AGAIN...is there not a tube disassembly to just replace the broken tube rather than buy the whole thing again?

Does this hotend assembly come with the silicone sleeve in the picture, as well ass all the screws located on the heat block and the heat sink?
