Siraya Tech Siraya Tech White Fibreheart ASA-GF Filament - 1.75mm (1kg)

New

ASA-GF is a glass-fiber-reinforced ASA filament for durable outdoor and high-temperature 3D parts. Chopped glass fibers increase stiffness and impact resistance, while the ASA base provides UV and weather resistance and reduced warping.

  • Enable long-term outdoor use without noticeable color fading
  • Deliver high-stiffness parts that withstand heavy static loads
  • Reduce print warpage to achieve tight dimensional tolerances

Siraya Tech ASA-GF

Glass-Fiber Reinforced Strength for Durable Prints

This ASA-GF filament is engineered for demanding environments, combining superior weather and UV resistance with high strength and thermal stability. Reinforced with chopped glass fiber, it delivers precise, warp-resistant prints that excel in outdoor and high-temperature applications.

Key Features of the Siraya Tech Fibreheart ASA-GF:

  • Weather & UV Resistance: Maintains color and physical properties, ensuring lasting quality for outdoor applications
  • High Strength & Impact Resistance: Reinforced with GF for increased strength, stiffness, and impact resistance
  • Dimensional Stability: Enhanced warping resistance ensures precise, consistent results

Outdoor Durability

Under harsh weather conditions, ASA-GF maintains both color and physical properties. Its resistance to weather and UV makes it the ideal filament for any application that requires long-term exposure to environmental factors.

  • UV and weather resistance
  • Long-lasting quality and appearance
  • Ideal for outdoor fixtures and projects

Printing Tips

  • Storage: Store in the provided moisture-resistant aluminum bags when not in use. For prolonged storage, using a dry box with desiccant to maintain humidity below 15% is ideal.
  • Drying: If moisture is present, dry at 70 - 80°C for 4 - 6 hours. Find filament dryers here.
  • Printing:
    • Nozzle: Hardened steel or diamond-tipped for the abrsaive nature of glass fiber. 0.4 mm nozzle yields best results for consistency and quality, but nozzles of 0.2 mm and larger can be used.
    • Enclosure: Print in an enclosed printer at 60 - 80°C to help improve adhesion.
