Vision Miner Vision Miner Nano Polymer Adhesive - 120ml
The Vision Miner Nano Polymer Adhesive ensures strong bed adhesion for high temperature and engineering-grade materials like PEEK and PEI, especially on Intamsys FunMat HT printers. Its easy-to-apply, semi-viscous liquid form comes with a brush for even distribution. While ideal for high-performance materials, it's also compatible with standard materials like PLA, ABS, and PETG. For best results, reapplication after each print is recommended.

High Performance Adhesion for High Performance Materials
There are a lot of different materials available for use in additive manufacturing today, and as a result there are a multitude of bed surfaces and adhesion products to enable consistent printing performance with any machine and material combination. For high temperature materials like PEEK and PEI on a printer like the Intamsys FunMat HT, this Nano Polymer Adhesive from Vision Miner is the best choice. Designed from the molecule up specifically for use in that workflow, poor bed adhesion will not be a problem with these high performance materials any longer!
Easy Application and Cleanup
The Nano Polymer Adhesive is a semi-viscious liquid that can be applied easily to the required area of your build plate using the included brush. Simply apply some glue from the pen-style applicator on the bottle and spread it evenly around your print area. For high temperature materials like PEEK and PEI, it's recommended to re-apply the glue after every print for maximum adhesion. While the Nano Polymer Adhesive was designed for engineering grade materials, it's also compatible with more general use materials like PLA, ABS, and PETG.

Questions
Does it work for PETG and PETT (T-glase)?
What about polycarbonate? Will Nano Polymer Adhesive work with a polycarbonate filament?
I'm using an X1C with the engineering plate. With the glue stick, my parts end up having glue stuck to them, requiring post cleanup. Will this leave a residue on the part?
How many applications do you expect to get from a 50ml bottle?
Hello. Does NANO POLYMER ADHESIVE is god for 3d printer with cold bed? Thank you, Gregory
I am trying to use this on a printer with a Befenbay PEI Metal Sheet. I am printing PLA and PVA and am having great difficulty getting the filament to stick to the build surface. The only way I can seem to get it to work is buy putting glue stick on top of the NANO. I have cleaned the plate many times and apply the NANO before every print. I am printing the PLA at 200 C, build plate is 50 and the z offset (I level and set the Z offset before every print) is .01 mm. Anyone have any idea why this is not working?
This stuff keeps chipping my glass bed. Is there a specific set of instructions you can provide on how to prevent this?
Will the adhesive work on a metal print bed?
Is this stuff any better than magigoo or smart stick for ASA, PETG, ABS, PLA materials? If it works with those better the extra money seems worth it. Does it expire after a month of being opened like SmartStick/Magigoo?
It is not, in fact, your glass bed -- ABS, PETG, and even PLA are well known to pull chunks of glass -- it's a pretty crazy thing. Almost every time, it's because your z-index is too close -- the nozzle is smashing filament into the glass. I know because this happened to me, and I lost a few.... not even using adhesive. This stuff has worked pretty well for me ever since, but proper bed leveling was key to prevent chipping.
my bad, posted this in the wrong area
