Stainless Steel 3D Printer Nozzles

The nozzle is the component of a 3D printer that deposits the molten filament into the build area. There are many different types of 3D printer nozzles available and leveraging their different strengths is important. Stainless steel nozzles are stronger than brass when it comes to withstanding the wear and tear from extruding abrasive filaments. While not as strong as hardened steel or ruby tip nozzles, stainless steel is still a great 3D printing nozzle that can handle abrasive materials longer than brass, can extrude standard filaments, and is capable of remaining cleaner than most other nozzle materials.
