Questions
How bad are the fumes when printing?
Is a hardened nozzle recommended ?
I am printing with a Prusa MKS3 with a smooth PEI bed. I have some magigoo, but do I still need to use the BuildTak sheet?
How do you dry this stuff? I tried in the oven for 8 hours at 80c and then 8 hours at 90c in the oven (melted the spool), and then 32 hours at 71c in a food dehydrator...absolutely no change, still bubbling/popping and leaving voids.
Do I need an enclosure to print with this? And if so, does it need to be heated or will the heat from the nozzle and heated bed suffice?
What exactly is the nano reinforcement technology? I want to start using CF PC but there are few options that actually state so. Carbon fiber Nylon is easy to find but I just have a thing for polycarbonate.
Do you have the CLTE value for this product?
