HOW DO I USE VINYL?


Place the vinyl (colored side facing down) onto the Bambu Lab H2Ds cutting mat.

STEP 1 -
PLACE THE VINYL

Place the heat transfer vinyl, colored-side facing down, onto the cutting mat.

Cut the vinyl material using the Bambu Lab H2D that has the cutting module attached to it. Use the Blade Cutting processing mode.

STEP 2 -
CUT THE MATERIAL

Place the cutting mat with the facedown vinyl into your Bambu Lab H2D and cut it with the Blade Cutting Processing.

  • Make sure the design you intend to cut is mirrored before beginning the process.

Remove the excess vinyl either by hand and/or with tools.

STEP 3 -
REMOVE EXCESS EDGES

Remove the excess vinyl surrounding the design.

If applicable, be sure to remove excess vinyl from finer areas. Tools may be needed.

STEP 4 -
WEED FINE AREAS

If applicable, remove the excess vinyl in the finer parts of the design. Tools may be needed. 

Iron the vinyl onto the desired fabric surface. Be sure to use caution as you handle a heated device.

STEP 5 -
IRON ON

Use your preferred heating device to transfer the vinyl onto the intended fabric surface.

  • Be sure to use caution when handling your heated device.

After that, you are done! Enjoy your self-made creation.

STEP 6 -
COMPLETE

That's it! Enjoy or sell your self-made creation.

Why do you not describe the color properties of your filament with details like has sparkles or other add-ins? I got a roll of Antares Red and upon arrival found it had glitter in it where the images all depicted it as a solid crimson. Not what I was looking for.

Is the Jet Gray PRO Series PLA Filament - 1.75mm (1kg) consider as non conductive for electrical voltages up to 480v? If not is there a special filament that would meet this standard need to make s few custom insulator bushings for a 480v box.
