BondTech Bondtech BMG-M & Mosquito Hotend Bundle (24v)
Two of the greatest 3D printer accessories now in one bundle! The Mosquito Hotend, developed by the geniuses at Slice Engineering, is a radical new take on 3D printer hotend form. Now with the improved keyhole design, the Mosquito Hotend is even hotter (and cooler) than ever because it interfaces perfectly with the BMG-M Extruder from Bondtech.
Bondtech BMG-M Extruders are lightweight, powerful, dual hobb-geared 3D printer extruders specially designed to interface with the Mosquito Hotend from Slice Engineering. They feature a 3:1 gear ratio, which is the perfect combination of speed and precision for both high flow and high resolution applications.

SO HAPPY TOGETHER...
Bondtech has created an incredible 3D printer extruder in the BMG Extruder. Thanks to its dual drive gears, it is lightweight, speedy, and precise. Meanwhile, the Mosquito Hotend from Slice Engineering is the best of lightweight, minimalist 3D printer hotends. Now - they live as one! The Mosquito Hotend features mounting holes and locating indents designed to fit the bottom of the BMG-M (M for Mosquito) Extruder for a totally lightweight, dual hobb-geared, direct-drive system for your 3D printer.
YOU'RE HOT THEN YOU'RE COLD
The core to the Mosquito Hotend is in the separated module design. The frame at the cold end, which feeds the filament down, is separated entirely from the heater block by four metal support rods. This creates a spacious air gap between the two modules, where a minimal, copper heatsink guides the filament down into the heater block, and a small, mounted fan keeps the right amount of air flowing through the whole setup.
By combining each of these design elements, the heat creep effect has been effectively eliminated. The heat will stay contained just where it needs to be for clean, efficient printing-- all in an elegant and compact form.
TWO DRIVE WHEELS ARE BETTER THAN ONE
The Bondtech BMG-M Extruder features two hobbed drive wheels that grip the 3D printing filament from both sides, providing a strong and reliable feed into the hotend. From common materials like PLA and ABS, to flexibles like PRO Series Flex or Ninjaflex, the dual-drive gears of the Bondtech BMG-M Extruder will deliver a consistent flow of filament into your 3D printer's Mosquito Hotend.
FAN FANDOM
The Mosquito Hotend features a small fan that perfectly mounts on the side of the Mosquito Hotend frame, and blows just the right amount of air across the copper heatsink, and away from the print area. This helps ensure the proper temperature required for your 3D printing job is maintained.
EASILY ADJUSTABLE TENSION
The BMG-M is designed with a door on the side, which holds one of the dual-drive gears. This door is held closed with a spring-tensioned thumbscrew. This thumbscrew enables precision tensioning of the hobbed drive gears for the perfect hold on filament, as well as the ability to easily release the tension and easily load or unload 3D printing filament. All you need to do is press away from the extruder, and the spring will compress just enough to release the material, letting you freely feed it directly into the Mosquito Hotend.
EASY COME, EASY GO
An additional, exciting benefit of the four-rod design is that the heater block is completely stationary, so inserting and removing your nozzle doesn't move the heater block! With no need to hold the heater block in place, removing and installing your nozzle just became much faster and easier!
