What is PLA Filament?
PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a thermoplastic polymer made from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugarcane, or other starch-rich crops. It is commonly used as a 3D printing filament for a variety of reasons, including:
- It's really easy to use
- Low warping
- Environmentally friendly - much more biodegradable when compared to other petroleum-based plastics

Questions
How do you do it?
Can't find a twin tab longboard fin looked all over Internet am I missing something
I'm wondering if there's a way that I could modify the base design of this fin to work with obsolete O'Fish'L fin boxes (to fit their snap-in style of box.) I'm a 30-year AutoCAD user, familiar with it's clunky 3D capability. I'm curious: if I designed a 3D model of the base that's required, is there a way to cut and paste the base onto your model? I could do it in AutoCAD, but not sure if there's a filetype of this fin that I could import into AutoCAD and modify. Any ideas?

How did you get that glossy finish on the part? Lacquer or some sort?

Did you/could you design the future fin boxes as well?
