PRINTING REQUIREMENTS
- A filament direct extruder is highly recommended.
- Succeeding with a Bowden setup is possible, but large gaps between your extruder and hotend can cause printing issues.
- A 0.4mm or larger nozzle diameter is recommended. Anything smaller will be difficult to print with.

FAQ
Can my 3D printer print PolyFle TPU95?
Using a 3D printer capable with a direct drive filament feeder is highly recommended to print PolyFle TPU95. A direct drive 3D printer has the extruder mounted on top of the hotend.
What does the number stand for?
The number next to "TPU" refers to the shore hardness. A higher number means a harder material.
In 3D printing, the shore hardness is the indication of how flexible the 3D printed part will be. However, it's also important to note that infill percentage, number of walls, top/bottom layers, and the layer height also affect how flexible the part will be.
Can I print TPU95 with support structures?
If using a 3D printer capable of multi-material extrusion, using specialized support materials such as PolyDissolve S1 is recommended.
If using a 3D printer capable of only extruding one material during printing, adjusting the orientation of the model to minimize the use of support structures, or placing support structures in inconspicuous areas that won't affect the appearance is recommended.
