ABOUT PCCF
PC Blend Carbon Fiber (PCCF) is reinforced with carbon fibers for improved strength, toughness, and high-temperature resistance. It ensures stable dimensions, resists UV and chemicals, and simplifies printing compared to typical PC blends—making it a top choice for technical components exposed to high stress and heat.
- Excellent dimensional stability and chemical resistance
- Ideal for components requiring great strength & high-temp tolerance
- Print large parts without an enclosure

TIPS & TRICKS
- Using an abrasive-resistant nozzle (hardened steel, ruby-tip, diamond-tip, tungsten carbide, etc.) is highly recommended.
- Carbon fibers are highly abrasive and will quickly wear out a brass nozzle.
- Using a glue stick on a satin build plate is recommended to preserve its longevity.
- Drying the filament before use is optional. You can find filament dryers here.
